The firm Specializes in quick turnaround residential renovation and construction projects. We do this by employing the best project management planning practices and coordinating the entire project before stepping on site. This limits the inconvenience to homeowner and prevents schedule slippage and budget increases because all the planning and risk calculation is done in advance.
As a female owned business, we understand the importance of functional living and incorporate this into every project so that every project adds functional value to ones living space and life. This is the reason we almost never add a bathroom without incorporating a linen closet into the space. We know what a nuisance it is to retrieve a forgotten towel after a shower!
Our Team
Tegan Holtzman has an MBA in finance and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a specialization in residential construction project management.
Her expertise extends beyond construction in the areas that matter most to project success, budgeting, schedule and scope management. She spent 20 years working in professional services consulting in the oil and gas, engineering and construction, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries where she was responsible for project oversight and outcomes.
Her skill set combined with a team of dedicated trades professionals have enabled Penrose Ventures to successfully complete large, fast paced construction projects on time and on budget.
